How to request deletion
To delete your account in a FieldScroll-powered app:
- Email account-deletion@fieldscroll.com from the address tied to your account.
- Include the name of the app you use (for example, the partner brand on the app icon) and your full name as it appears in the app.
- Tell us if you want only your account deleted, or also the records you submitted. Some records may be retained by the organization that owns the app for legal, audit, or operational reasons — see below.
Send your request to account-deletion@fieldscroll.com. We will respond within seven business days with confirmation and next steps.
What gets deleted
When we process a deletion request, we remove:
- Your user profile (name, email, role assignments).
- Your authentication credentials.
- Personal preferences and device sessions.
What may be retained
FieldScroll-powered apps are operated by partner organizations. Submitted records — inspections, audits, evidence, reports — are part of the partner’s operating record and may be retained to meet contractual, legal, regulatory, or audit obligations. Where that applies, your personal identifiers are removed from the record, but the record itself may remain. We will tell you what falls into this category when we respond.
Timing
We acknowledge requests within seven business days and complete eligible deletions within thirty days. Backups follow standard retention windows and are overwritten on their normal cycle.
If your account is with a partner directly
If the app you use names a partner organization (for example, “Northline Facilities”) and provides its own support channel, that channel can also route deletion requests. Both paths reach the same process.
